Quadrant Rail Consulting (QRC) supported Egged Holdings in the successful bid to operate and maintain Tel Aviv’s new Green and Purple Light Rail lines. These lines form a major part of the city’s transit expansion, with the Green Line serving 65 million passengers annually and the Purple Line providing a fully street-level route through central Tel Aviv.
QRC led the development of technical bid documents, including organisational structures, training programs, safety and operations plans, customer service strategies, and fully modelled timetables and rosters.
