The Green Quadrant
At Quadrant Rail Consulting, we believe the success of our projects should extend beyond our business and deliver real environmental outcomes. That’s why we created The Green Quadrant — our commitment to reinvesting profits from key client projects into high-impact, grassroots environmental initiatives.
Why we do it
Green Quadrant reflects our values: practical sustainability, community support, and long-term ecosystem restoration. By funding on-the-ground environmental programs, we help protect critical biodiversity, restore degraded landscapes, and empower young environmental leaders.
Every dollar we contribute is a reinvestment in a better future — for the environment, our industry, and the communities we work in.

In New Zealand, we’ve partnered with OSOF to support their Youth for Seas programme — a hands-on initiative empowering secondary students to design and deliver their own marine protection projects. Through field workshops, beach cleanups, citizen science and advocacy, these students are becoming the next generation of ocean advocates.
