Quadrant Rail Consulting (QRC) is supporting Auckland Transport through the operational and infrastructure readiness phase of City Rail Link—New Zealand’s largest transport project. The $5.5 billion investment includes 3.45 km of twin tunnels, two new underground stations, and major upgrades to two existing stations, all designed to double rail capacity and transform the way Auckland moves.
QRC is leading the development of the readiness roadmap, stakeholder coordination, timetable integration, asset handover strategy, and systems interface planning. We’ve established a collaborative governance model, supported risk management across the network, and helped ensure all partners are aligned ahead of Day 1 operations in 2026. Our work is helping Auckland Transport bring a fully integrated, high-frequency network to life.
